Jet Set Aromas Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jet Set Aromas. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts due to customer handling are not eligible for a return.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to Section 4 (Damaged or Defective Items) below.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Confirmation & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email with the reason.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

To process a claim, provide the following via email at [email protected]:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate your claim and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at [email protected].


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we have made an error or the item is defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
